Salon Policies
At Sage & Oak Hair Company, we hold our clients in high regard and aim to provide them with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere when they visit our salon. To ensure that every client has a positive experience, we have implemented a set of basic policies that help us maintain a consistent schedule for our stylists and ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve. .We also have these policies in place to ensure our stylist’s schedules and income is not affected. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, please reach out.
• Please be sure to arrive at your appointment time. If you are 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to perform an abbreviated service or may not be able to service you that day and you will ask to reschedule.
• If you do not show up to your appointment we will charge up to 100% of the scheduled service. If you have no showed up to 2 or more appointments we will not be able to service you as a client
• We understand that life can throw curve balls at any time, but we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. (that may give us just enough time to fill that spot) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour time frame, we will require a 50% rescheduling fee.
• We do not give refunds on hair services. If you are unhappy with the service, please reach out to the salon or your stylist within 5 days of your service date. We will do what we can to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. (Please keep in mind that our books are very full and will get you back into our books as soon as we possibly can.)
• If you need to return or exchange hair products, we have a 14 day return policy. We can not take back product that has been used 50% or more.
•We require that any extension client use the hair that we provide, for we are certified in those company’s and stand behind their quality.
